# TERMS OF SERVICE

This website is operated by Courtside Couture. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Courtside Couture.
By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced on our website.

## 1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

Courtside Couture specializes in custom, handmade, and/or made-to-order apparel and accessories.
Because many products are handmade, slight variations in placement, stitching, distressing, denim, rhinestones, embellishments, colors, patterns, or other design elements may occur. These variations are a natural part of handmade and customized products and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.
## 3. CUSTOM ORDERS
Customers are responsible for reviewing all information submitted for a custom order, including size, measurements, style, colors, design selections, and other customization requests.
Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Submitting a custom request does not guarantee that every requested design element or material will be available. If a requested material is unavailable, we may contact you regarding available alternatives.
## 4. SIZING
Customers are responsible for reviewing the sizing information provided before ordering.
Because our products may be reconstructed, customized, or handmade, sizing and fit may differ from standard retail clothing.
If an item requires a size adjustment, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
## 5. ORDERS & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or violations of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, any amount owed for the canceled portion of the order will be returned to the original payment method as appropriate.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
## 6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because many Courtside Couture products are made specifically for each customer, orders cannot generally be canceled once production has begun.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. A cancellation request is not guaranteed to be approved.
## 7. PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Processing times and shipping times are separate.
Any processing or estimated delivery timeframe displayed on our website is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly state otherwise.
Courtside Couture is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address when ordering.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may be required before the order is resent.
## 8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
We may offer approved exchanges or adjustments when an item requires a sizing adjustment.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us promptly according to the timeframe provided in our Return & Exchange Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
## 9. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you believe there is a problem with your order, we encourage you to contact Courtside Couture first so we have an opportunity to review and address the issue.
Fraudulent or intentionally false payment disputes may be contested using available order information, including order confirmations, customer communications, customization approvals, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and other relevant records.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising legitimate rights available through their payment provider or applicable law.
## 10. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Discounts and promotional offers may be subject to additional terms and expiration dates.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time, subject to applicable law.
## 11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, original photographs, website graphics, written content, original designs, branding, and other content created by Courtside Couture are owned by or licensed to Courtside Couture and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.
Any third-party names, logos, trademarks, team references, or other intellectual property appearing in connection with customized or reconstructed products remain the property of their respective owners.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Courtside Couture does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks and does not represent that it is sponsored, endorsed, or officially affiliated with the owners of those marks.
## 12. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED MATERIALS
When customers provide jerseys, clothing, images, wording, logos, or other materials for customization, the customer represents that they have the right or authorization necessary to request their use.
Customers understand that modifying or reconstructing customer-supplied garments may involve cutting, sewing, distressing, or permanently altering the original item.
## 13. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our website to engage in unlawful activity, attempt to interfere with the website's security or operation, submit fraudulent information, impersonate another person, or violate the rights of Courtside Couture or another party.
## 14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
