# Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Courtside Couture! Because our pieces are custom, handmade, and/or made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or unwanted items.

## Size Adjustments & Exchanges

We understand that sizing may sometimes need to be adjusted. If your item does not fit as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a size adjustment or exchange.

To qualify:

- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, damage, or alterations made by the customer will not be accepted.
- Size adjustments and exchanges must be approved before the item is shipped back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the cost of shipping the adjusted or replacement item back to them unless the sizing issue was caused by an error on our part.
- Exchanges and adjustments are subject to material and product availability.

Because many Courtside Couture pieces are handmade or created from limited jersey materials, an identical replacement may not always be available. If this occurs, we will work with you on the available options.

## Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized orders are made specifically for each customer and are final sale. Please carefully review all sizing, measurements, colors, team/style selections, and customization details before placing your order.

Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.

## Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered due to an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once reviewed, we will work with you to correct the problem.

## Refunds

Courtside Couture does not offer refunds or cash returns.

Approved size adjustments or exchanges are provided in accordance with the terms above. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that may be required under applicable consumer protection laws.
