# SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Courtside Couture! Because many of our pieces are handmade and made to order, processing times may vary depending on the design and availability of the jersey or materials requested.
## PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE ORDERING
We strongly recommend messaging us before placing your order to confirm the current processing and estimated shipping timeframe for your specific item.
If you need your outfit by a specific date or for a particular game, birthday, vacation, photoshoot, or other event, you must contact us before ordering to confirm whether your requested date can be accommodated.
Placing an order without first confirming a timeframe does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
## JERSEY AVAILABILITY
Some jerseys may already be in stock and available for production.
If your requested jersey is not currently in stock, please allow approximately 10–14 days for the jersey to be ordered and delivered to us.
Once the jersey arrives, your outfit will typically be created within the following few business days and prepared for shipment.
The 10–14 day timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to supplier availability, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.
## RUSH ORDERS — $100 FEE
Rush service may be available for customers who need their order completed sooner than our standard processing timeframe.
The rush order fee is $100 and is charged in addition to the cost of the item and any applicable shipping charges.
You must contact Courtside Couture BEFORE placing a rush order. Rush availability depends on our current workload, the requested design, material/jersey availability, and the date the order is needed.
Payment of a rush fee does not automatically guarantee that every requested deadline can be accommodated. We will confirm whether your requested timeframe is available before approving rush service.
The rush fee applies to priority production/processing only. It does not include expedited shipping. If faster shipping is needed, an expedited shipping option must be selected and paid for separately.
If the requested jersey or materials must first be ordered from a supplier, rush production does not necessarily shorten the supplier's delivery time. Please contact us before ordering so we can determine whether your deadline is possible.
## PROCESSING TIME VS. SHIPPING TIME
Processing time and shipping time are separate.
Processing time includes obtaining the jersey/materials when necessary and creating your custom outfit.
Shipping time begins after your completed order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Choosing faster or expedited shipping does not shorten production time. It only changes the estimated carrier transit time after your order has shipped.
## SHIPPING OPTIONS
Courtside Couture offers multiple shipping speeds at checkout.
Available shipping methods and estimated transit times will be displayed during checkout based on your shipping address.
Please remember that any shipping timeframe shown at checkout applies to carrier transit time only and does not include our production or processing time.
## TIME-SENSITIVE ORDERS
If you need an order by a particular date, please contact us before purchasing.
We will confirm jersey availability, estimated production time, shipping options, and whether rush service is necessary or available.
Unless a specific timeframe has been confirmed by Courtside Couture before purchase, delivery by a particular date is not guaranteed.
## SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order is completed and shipped, tracking information will be provided using the contact information associated with your order.
Tracking updates and estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier.
## CARRIER DELAYS
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other carrier-related circumstances outside of Courtside Couture's control.
Carrier delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
## INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the package.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
